Easter Park at Beam Reach 8, Rainham is featured in the latest edition of Business Focus published by the London Borough of Havering. In the editorial by Steven Kidd, Head of Development at the London Development Agency, he notes that Easter Park and Easter’s development of the Wincanton Document Storage Building are “an outstanding success story” for Rainham. Of the original 22 speculative units at Easter Park only two remain and Wincanton are commencing on Phase 2 of the building.
