In addition to the 120,000 sq. ft Wincanton transaction with the Prudential Easter have also had a successful year at their Neighbouring speculative unit development at Beam Reach, Rainham.
Approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of space has been sold with one further unit currently under offer. Notable transactions include Wincanton, international removals firm Dunbar Wharf and the relocation of Mason Pearson from the Olympic site.
The development has only two units remaining totalling 7,500 sq. ft.
