Easter has let, on behalf of the Easter Development Partnership, Unit 4 at Easter Park, Kidderminster to Smart Auto Body Coat Limited. The building of 8,500 sq.ft., has been let at a rent of £52,000. Smart are a franchise operation in the field of car valeting and specialist body repair and were attracted to the building because of its prominence to the main Worcester Road.
There are now four units left on the estate with strong interest in the last of the smaller sized buildings. Agents are Cosnett Price and Harris Lamb.
