The Easter Group have continued their run of success at Easter Park Aldermaston with another letting of 4,206 sq ft to Maxfe ltd, trading as “Bonfire”. Maxfe are one of the regions leading retailers of fireplaces and hearths and will operate a storage and showroom operation from the estate.
Easter are also delighted to announce the sale of Unit 50 Easter Park Aldermaston to Fluid Controls, one of a number of companies who have recently relocated to Easter Park from nearby Industrial estates. Development Director Colin Brown said “Things are really starting to move down in Aldermaston now as word gets out about the quality of the working environment and the excellent specification of the buildings. We’ve seen around 15 new companies on the park in 2009 with around 5 more under offer.”
